- 1986 — Dr. Bob Wright, a Salem native, founds SmileWright Family Dental with a vision of accessible, community-focused care.
- 2000s — Following Dr. Wright's unexpected passing, Dr. Iaderosa acquires the practice and carries its legacy forward.
- 2010s — Under Dr. Iaderosa's leadership, the practice grows into a full-service family dental office serving patients of all ages.
- August 2024 — Dr. Jamie DiDomenico joins the practice as an associate dentist.
- November 2025 — Dr. DiDomenico becomes owner of SmileWright Family Dental, with Dr. Iaderosa continuing as an associate alongside the existing team.
- Today — SmileWright serves Salem families ages 3 and up, welcoming new patients with the same warmth and commitment the practice was built on.

Dr. Jamie DiDomenico
Owner & General Dentist
Dr. DiDomenico grew up with a passion for dentistry and a belief that every patient deserves to feel comfortable and heard. After completing dental school, she pursued an optional one-year hospital residency at St. Elizabeth’s in Youngstown, an experience that expanded her clinical skills and deepened her ability to treat complex cases across all age groups.
Dr. Gregory Iaderosa
Associate Dentist
Dr. Iaderosa has been a part of the SmileWright story for over a decade, first as the owner and now as a valued associate dentist. His deep roots in this practice, and in the Salem community, make him a trusted face for patients who have been coming here for years.
